Daniel Ardelean

Daniel Ardelean has extensive work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and software development. Daniel currently works as a DevOps Engineer at Veridium since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of IT Infrastructure and later as the Head of Mobile Applications Development at rankingCoach GmbH from August 2015 to March 2022. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing iOS and Android native apps and backend systems using technologies such as Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin, and Firebase.

Before joining rankingCoach GmbH, Daniel worked at Quick Screen Trading/CVS for a significant period. From August 2006 to July 2015, they served as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead, where they specialized in developing low-latency order entry systems and implementing pre-trade risk calculation algorithms using Java, C++, and FPGA. Prior to that, from August 2004 to July 2006, they worked as a Software Developer at the same company, focusing on GUI development and improving the existing Java client application.

Furthermore, from July 2000 to July 2004, Daniel started their career as a Software Developer at Quick Screen Trading/CVS by contributing to a billing system that handled invoicing for telecom companies in the US. Daniel was responsible for implementing visual forms and reports and batch processing of data using technologies such as ASP, Visual Basic, Visual C++, IBM DB2, MS Access, and MySQL. Overall, Daniel's work experience showcases their strong skills in software development, IT infrastructure, and DevOps.

Daniel Ardelean attended Universitatea "Aurel Vlaicu" din Arad from 1999 to 2004. Daniel obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering during this time.
