Sam Shelton

Sam joined Veridocs in 2008 as Vice President of Technical Support and is responsible for the quality control, implementation and support of the Veridocs applications. Sam works closely with the business development and software development teams to ensure customer acceptance and satisfaction of the Veridocs product line.​

The Shreveport, LA native and Lexington, KY resident graduated from Louisiana State University-Shreveport with a B.S. degree in computer science and a minor in mathematics. Prior to joining Veridocs, Sam began his career in software development and was instrumental in the development of McKinnie Systems’ Track Manager® product line used at Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse Race tracks. In 2001, when McKinnie Systems rebranded as InCompass Solutions, he became Vice President of Product Development and was responsible for transforming the operation into an application service provider. During his tenure, Sam oversaw the implementation of the application into Asia, Latin America and every major race track in the United States and Canada, solidifying it as the standard for race track management software.
