Adityo Pratomo

Adityo Pratomo has extensive experience in enterprise architecture and solution design, currently serving as a Principal Architect at Verint since January 2015, where responsibilities include establishing best practices for Verint Engagement Management and Knowledge Management products while collaborating with Product Engineering. Prior to this role, Adityo held various positions at KANA Software from July 2012 to January 2015, including Solution Architect, where responsibilities encompassed technical design oversight for multiple offshore projects and solutions architecture review. Adityo's earlier career includes roles at Sword Ciboodle, starting as a Senior Business Consultant and progressing to Team Leader, along with experience as a Java Developer at Jawasoft. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Indonesia, obtained in 2005.
