Michael Laukaitis has a diverse work experience in the field of data center operations and support. Michael started their career at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. as a Senior Field Engineer for the Brokerage Information System Group. Michael then worked at International Business Machines (IBM) as an Account Customer Engineer, where they were responsible for system maintenance, upgrades, and engineering changes at customer sites. Michael also managed a small data center and provided hardware and software support to the regional sales staff. Michael then joined JP Morgan Chase as an Enterprise Site Engineer, troubleshooting and resolving problems related to server operations. Michael later joined Park Place Technologies as a Senior Field Service Engineer, providing high-level support to a large customer base and participating in an After Hours Support Team. Currently, they are working at Verisign as a Lead Engineer in Data Center Operations, supporting projects and team members, installing and decommissioning hardware, and providing technical support. Overall, Michael has strong technical knowledge and experience in data center operations, maintenance, and customer support.

Michael Laukaitis completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Cyber Security Technology from Strayer University from 2016 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate in Arts degree in Information Systems from the same university from 2008 to 2014. Additionally, Michael obtained a certification in Data Center Operations & Program Concepts from the School of Computer Technology in 1982-1983.
