Houda B. has a diverse work experience in various sales and management roles. Houda began their career in 2008 as a Chef de secteur at Boncolac and later worked as a Chef de secteur at Kodac from 2009 to 2011. Houda then joined Sony as a Retail Sales Representative for a brief period in 2011.
Houda then took on a role as a Retail Sales Manager at Ferrero, where they managed the wholesale network, metro cash & carry, and vending industry. Houda also oversaw impulse buying away from home and nearby activities. In 2012, they became a Retail Account Manager at COMEBACK, where they handled major accounts for audio/video and home appliance product lines.
From 2015 to 2018, Houda worked at Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) as the France Retail & Online Sales Manager, with a focus on Amazon. Houda'sresponsibilities included deploying national marketing campaigns, managing online stores, and negotiating contracts with store chains.
In 2018, Houda joined Arlo Technologies, Inc. as the Senior Retail Manager FR, and in 2020, they moved to Verisure as the Head of Sales Omnichannel, Arlo Europe. In 2023, they transitioned to the role of Head of Sales Arlo Southwest Europe, and in 2024, they assumed the position of Head of Sales Omnichannel, Arlo Europe. Overall, Houda has gained expertise in sales management, retail, distribution, negotiation, and marketing throughout their career.
Houda B. completed a Master 2 degree in Stratégie de marque, innovation, lancement de produits grand public from IDRAC LYON, from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Licence degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Faculté de Droit et des Sciences Sociales de Tours, from 2003 to 2006.
