Rachael Karlecke

Rachael Karlecke is an experienced professional in customer service and reception roles, currently serving as a Membership Representative at Veritas Association Management since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles at PRA Perakis Resis Woods & Associates and Stress Management & Mental Health Clinics as a Receptionist, along with a Customer Service Representative position at Atos Medical - US. Rachael also has experience as a Receptionist at Kunes Country Chevrolet Cadillac and as a Barista Trainer at Starbucks, where skills in cash handling, food service, and employee training were developed. Rachael is currently pursuing a degree at Milwaukee Area Technical College, starting in August 2021.
