Daniel Sugar

Prior to Veritas, Dan worked for the restructuring investment bank Miller Buckfire & Co. There, he advised corporations across a wide variety of industries including healthcare, industrials, telecom and retail on restructuring, bankruptcy, financing and M&A transactions. Dan holds a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
