R.C. Natarajan

R.C. Natarajan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles. R.C. is currently serving as the Head of CSR & Training at Veritas Finance Private Limited since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Teacher, Trainer & Consultant from May 2019 to December 2021.

From June 2018 to May 2019, Natarajan worked as a Professor at TAPMI School of Business, Jaipur. R.C. served as an Academic Consultant & Management Expert independently from July 2017 to May 2018.

Natarajan held the position of Director at IRMA Anand from September 2016 to July 2017. Prior to that, they worked at TAPMI as the Director from February 2012 to September 2016, where they were responsible for strategic planning, vision-setting, and achievement monitoring. Natarajan also held the role of Professor (Marketing) & Associate Dean (Academics) at TAPMI from July 2009 to February 2012. In this role, they taught Marketing Management and various marketing electives, along with handling simulations such as Markstrat and "Beer Game."

Before joining TAPMI, Natarajan worked as a Professor of Marketing & Chair of Online Education at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore from April 2008 to June 2009. R.C. also taught Marketing Management, Distribution Management, and Marketing Strategy to MBA students.

Between June 1999 and April 2008, Natarajan served as an Associate Professor of Marketing at T.A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal. R.C. played a crucial role in the AACSB Accreditation process and held positions as the Chairman of the Curriculum Committee and the Disciplinary Committee. R.C. also trained and mentored colleagues in course design and development.

Natarajan began their career as a Branch Manager at AMUL from August 1994 to June 1999. Prior to that, they worked as an Area Sales Manager at Dalmia [Dairy] Industries Ltd. from April 1991 to November 1992.

R.C. Natarajan began their education at St. Joseph's College in Trichy, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from 1975 to 1978. R.C. then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) from 1978 to 1981. Continuing their education, Natarajan completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) from 1982 to 1984.

Later, Natarajan obtained a Certificate in Case Teaching from the Harvard Business School in 2012. In the same year, they also received AACSB Accreditation to their Business School from AACSB International, and they achieved a Case Teaching Certificate from Harvard Business School.

Moreover, Natarajan acquired a Ph.D. in Management from Manipal University, which they pursued from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a PGDRM in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), although specific dates for this qualification are not provided.

Natarajan has also earned various certifications throughout their career. These include obtaining a Case Teaching Certificate from Harvard Business School in July 2012, receiving NBA Accreditation from the National Board of Accreditation in February 2017, achieving AACSB Accreditation from AACSB International in April 2012, and attaining an A *** CRISIL B-School Rating from CRISIL Limited in December 2013.
