Rachel Grafton

Rachel Grafton is an experienced professional in human resources information systems (HRIS) with a comprehensive background in project management and process optimization. Currently serving as a SuccessFactors Delivery Manager at Veritas Prime, Rachel previously held several roles at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, including Manager of Global HRIS, where responsibilities encompassed leading a global HRIS team and managing system optimization initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources SAP Business Process Expert at the Colorado Department of Transportation and as a Process Improvement Specialist at the University of Denver.
