Bob Stenhouse has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Bob is the CEO/Founder of Veritas Solutions since May 2018. Bob then moved on to work at CPHR Alberta in April 2020, CPHR BC & Yukon in January 2021, and CPHR Saskatchewan in January 2022, where they specialized in Workplace Investigations Training. In October 2021, they joined FortisAlberta as a Corporate Training specialist focusing on Harassment and Violence Prevention. From January 2020, Bob worked at ACHIEVE Centre for Leadership & Workplace Performance as a Leadership and Workplace Performance Trainer, delivering training and consulting services related to leadership development and organizational performance. Prior to that, Bob held various roles at Insight Corporate Care, Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation (CLEAR), and Alberta Health Services. At Alberta Health Services, they served as the Provincial Executive Director - Protective Services / Corporate Investigations Unit and later as the Provincial Director - Corporate Investigations Unit. In these roles, they provided strategic direction, oversight, and leadership on misconduct and incident investigations. Before that, Bob worked as the Director of Operations at CBI Health Group, where they led a home health care agency.

Bob Stenhouse has a diverse education history. In 1980, they attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they studied Forestry. In 2004, they pursued a Master of Theological Studies at Taylor College and Seminary, and they completed this degree in 2007. In 2011, Bob attended Cornell University and earned an Executive Certificate in Change Management. In 2016, they completed an Executive Leadership program at the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta. Continuing their education, Bob obtained a Certified Trainer - Road to Mental Readiness certification from the Mental Health Commission of Canada in 2016. Bob also became a Certified Facilitator for Emotional Intelligence EQ-i-2.0 assessments, advisory, and facilitation services through Multi Health Systems. In 2017, Bob completed an Executive Leadership program at the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta. In 2018, they earned a Certified Psychological Health and Safety Professional designation from the Canadian Mental Health Association and a Certificate in Regulatory Investigations from the Council on Licensure Enforcement and Regulation. In 2020, Bob obtained several certificates, including Trauma Informed Practice from the Crisis and Trauma Resource Institute, Violence Risk Assessments from the Global Institute of Forensic Research, Corporate Trainer from the Management and Strategy Institute, and a Gender Based Analysis + Certificate from the Canada School of Public Service. In 2021, Bob earned a Certificate in Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR professionals from UC Irvine through Coursera. Additionally, they completed a Corporate Risk Management Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute. Finally, Bob holds additional certifications, including Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences from LinkedIn, a Certified Corporate Trainer designation from the Management and Strategy Institute, a Certified Investigator title from the Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation, and a Road to Mental Readiness - Instructor/Facilitator certification from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
