Rolfe Loomis

Rolfe Loomis is a seasoned restaurateur and business owner with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Principal Owner of Veritas Wine and Whiskey since October 2021, Rolfe has previously held significant roles such as Operating Partner and General Manager at Slatebridge Restaurant Group, Inc. from May 2006 to May 2022, and AGM/KM at Red Robin from May 2003 to April 2006. Additionally, Rolfe was Executive Chef at The Sink Restaurant from March 1999 to May 2003 and Kitchen Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from January 1995 to March 1999. Rolfe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University, completed between 1993 and 2001.
