Amit Singh

Amit Singh has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as an Engineering Trainee at Mindtree, where they underwent training in .Net platform and developed an end-to-end application. They then progressed to become a Software Engineer, responsible for various production-related issues. In 2017, Amit was promoted to Senior Software Engineer at Mindtree, where their responsibilities included enhancing and adding features to a product with UI in C# and backend code in VC++.

In 2018, Amit joined Micro Focus as a Senior Software Engineer and became the primary owner of Microsoft Stack products like Active Directory, SharePoint, and SQL Server. They also worked on monitoring Kafka in a Kubernetes environment.

From 2020 to 2023, Amit worked at NetApp as a Member of Technical Staff, where they focused on creating a monitoring mechanism to enhance user experience and worked with Azure technologies like Log Analytics and Azure Monitor/Dependency Agent.

Most recently, in 2023, Amit joined Veritas Technologies LLC as a Principal Software Engineer.

Amit Singh obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Lovely Professional University in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their high school education with a focus on Non-medical subjects (PCM) at St. Thomas Sr. School in 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Amit obtained the "AMCAT Certified Design Engineer - Electronics and Semiconductors" from Aspiring Minds in 2014 and is also currently pursuing the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft, which is expected to be obtained in 2023.
