Anisha Rane

Anisha Rane is a seasoned professional in customer insights and analytics with extensive experience at Verizon since January 2015, where roles have included Director of Customer Insights and Analytics, Associate Director of Consumer Insights, Senior Manager of Customer Insights, Manager of Customer Experience/Voice of Customer, and Project Manager for Digital Experience. Prior to Verizon, Anisha worked as a Product Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond from August 2008 to January 2015 and as a Senior Business Analyst in consulting from January 2002 to August 2008. Anisha holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, along with certifications in Data Analytics and Customer Experience Management from Cornell University and Rutgers University, respectively.
