Traci Sanders

Traci Sanders is an accomplished executive with extensive experience at Verizon, where responsibilities have included serving as VP-Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Vice President of Compensation, and Executive Director of both HR and HR Operations and Systems since November 2009. Prior to this role, Traci served as Executive Director of Compensation and Benefits at Verizon Business from March 2008 to November 2009. Traci holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
