Giovani Motter

Giovani Motter is an accomplished Software Delivery Manager with extensive experience in the banking and insurance software industry. Currently at VERMEG since October 2017, Giovani has played a pivotal role in the development of the award-winning Collateral Management system, Colline, and has successfully implemented Agile processes to enhance operational standardization. Before this, a solid tenure at HSBC involved leadership positions, where involvement included managing digital banking projects for Bradesco Bank, overseeing Agile teams, and implementing Core Banking solutions. Giovani's previous experiences also include co-founding BobLabs Innovation, contributing as a professor in esteemed universities, and consulting in Java technologies. Giovani holds an MSc in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and has further qualifications in Salesforce Architecture.
