Katherine Lu

Katherine Lu has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Katherine is currently working as a Product Designer at Vermietet.de (von ImmoScout24) since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Tutor at CareerFoundry starting from October 2020. Before that, they served as a Web and Print Designer at LA Financial from July 2019.

Katherine also has experience as a UX Designer at Duke Energy Corporation from March 2021 to January 2022. Katherine worked as a Product Designer at Topflight Apps from July 2020 to March 2021, where they handled various responsibilities including IA, wireframing, high-fidelity prototypes, testing, and developer handoff.

Katherine also worked as a Product Manager at Out in Tech in May 2020, where they managed a remote team and ensured progress on WordPress websites for non-profit organizations focused on LGBTQ+ causes. In 2020 to 2021, Katherine studied Mandarin Chinese at the National Taiwan Normal University. Katherine attended Irvine High for their secondary education, although specific dates and degrees are not provided. In addition to their formal education, Katherine obtained certifications for "Design a Feminist Chatbot" from FutureLearn in June 2020, "UI for UX Designers" from CareerFoundry in April 2019, and "UX Fundamentals" from CareerFoundry in October 2018.
