Kim Rupe Lennox

Kimberley Rupe Lennox, MBA, serves as the Director of Workforce Development at Vermont Adult Learning. Previously, Kimberley held roles such as Development & Communications Manager at Vermont Council on Rural Development and Communications & Community Engagement Director at Chamber & Economic Development of the Rutland Region. Kimberley also worked as the Director of Community Engagement & Alumni Relations at College of St. Joseph and spent time at The Vermont Country Store in various roles. Kimberley holds an MBA from Fitchburg State University and has a background in Business Administration and Liberal Arts.
