Eliza Dodd Leeper

Eliza Dodd Leeper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mission-driven roles and community outreach. Currently serving as Mission & Business Operations Manager at Vermont Creamery since August 2015, Eliza has progressed through several positions within the company, including Mission Manager and Social Mission & Sales Specialist. Prior to Vermont Creamery, Eliza held the position of Domestic Community Outreach Specialist at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters from March 2011 to August 2015 and was Program Manager at Yampa Valley Community Foundation from November 2007 to February 2011. Eliza's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vassar College and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Marlboro College, supplemented by a semester program with the National Outdoor Leadership School in New Zealand.
