Elisabeth H.

Lisa H. has over 20 years of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Elisabeth (Lisa) currently serves as the Chief People Officer at VEIC, where they are responsible for leading the People and Culture team and implementing workplace culture initiatives. Prior to their current role, Lisa was the Head of People and Culture at VEIC and the HR Leader at Resonance. Elisabeth (Lisa) has also held leadership positions at Lane Press, GE Healthcare, and Husky Injection Molding Systems, where they oversaw various HR functions and implemented talent development programs. Lisa began their career at Adecco, where they managed multiple branches and provided recruitment and HR consulting services.

Elisabeth (Lisa) H. holds a B.Sc. degree in Social Work and English from the University of Vermont. Elisabeth (Lisa) also obtained a Masters of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management from the New England College of Business in 2015. Lisa has a certification in Executive Co-Active Coaching from the Co-Active Training Institute, which they earned in 2011. Elisabeth (Lisa) also completed The SHRM Learning System in Human Resources Management from Vermont Technical College. Additionally, Lisa holds a Certified Professional Co-active Coach certification from the Co-Active Training Institute and is pursuing a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
