Keri then moved to Vermont Systems in 2016 and held multiple positions, including Software Support and Implementation Specialist, Senior Application Support Analyst, and currently, Lead Application Support. At Vermont Systems, they managed software installations, collaborated with internal teams, identified system defects, and maintained high customer satisfaction rates.
