Nicole Johnson

Nicole Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development operations, primarily at Verndale since 2013 where roles included SVP and VP. Johnson has led the creation and management of the R&D department, focusing on enhancing technology operations and product development while significantly reducing manual labor through automation. Contributions include the design of operational systems, development of a company data warehouse, and creation of automated reporting tools. Prior to Verndale, Johnson held various roles at Citi, managing application projects and performing business analysis for fund applications. Currently, Johnson serves as a board member for Rebuilding Together Boston and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Finance from Northeastern University.
