Sanjay Dukle has a strong background in marketing and partnerships. Sanjay currently holds the position of Head of Partnerships at Vernost Marketing Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where they are responsible for building rewards partnerships for GEMS Rewards. Sanjay has successfully created partnerships with over 800+ brands, designed and developed programs, and sourced partners for enterprise clients. Prior to their current role, Sanjay founded My Success Initiative in 2015, where they served as a sales coach. Sanjay also worked as the Head of Loyalty Partnerships at BizX, where they built retail partnerships for coalition rewards programs. Sanjay has a diverse range of experience in marketing, consulting, and executive roles, having worked at companies such as Promote B2B Middle East FZE, Kingston Holdings FZC, Home Centre, Media Pro Fx, and Net Promotions.

Sanjay Dukle received a Certificate in Social Media for Business from the University of Wollongong in Dubai in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2010 to 2012. In terms of their undergraduate education, Sanjay earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Goa University from 1994 to 1997, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Administration from Osmania University from 1992 to 1995.
