Jon Flees

Jon Flees is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as the Manager of Data Science and Modeling at Veros Real Estate Solutions since April 2023, specializing in property valuation and forecasting models. Prior to this role, Jon worked at Flagship Financial, LLC, focusing on portfolio optimization and algorithm development using statistics and programming in Python and R. Jon’s background includes working at T-Mobile, where a database for sales follow-up was created, and Seraph Books Publishing, where Jon implemented predictive analytics and data visualizations. Jon began their career as a Business Development and Database Manager at Loan Academy, LLC, where recruitment strategies were implemented for mortgage professionals. Jon holds a Master of Science in Computational and Data Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics from Chapman University.
