Shathika Karunaratne

Shathika Karunaratne is a Technical Consultant at Tech One Global Ltd since February 2022, specializing in solution architecture, design, and development of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Dynamics NAV. Shathika possesses expertise in Power Platform applications and integration development using Logic Apps and Azure Functions, along with strong troubleshooting skills for operational issues. Prior to this role, Shathika served as an Associate Software Engineer at ZILLIONe, contributing to various aspects of software development including requirement analysis, customization, and technical support, and as an ERP Analyst at WebQuarters®, focusing on development and integration of NAV/BC. Early career experiences include a software developer internship at the Ministry of Defence Sri Lanka and a coaching role in Handball. Shathika holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Birmingham City University and has degrees in Computer Software Engineering and Information Technology from Sheffield Hallam University and SLIIT, respectively, along with certifications in Human Resources Management and Management Accounting.
