Jona Cape

Jona Cape is an experienced professional with a background in quality assurance and marketing within the hospitality and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Dental Insurance Quality Assurance Verifier at Verrific since December 2021, Jona is responsible for verifying patient dental benefits through outbound calls to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prior to this role, Jona held various positions at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, including Cluster Marketing Coordinator and Culinary Admin, as well as engineering and reservations roles, showcasing a diverse skill set in operations and customer service.
