Rachel Wertheimer

Rachel Wertheimer is a seasoned trial and appellate attorney currently serving as Counsel at Verrill Dana, LLP since February 2012. With extensive expertise in resolving complex commercial disputes, Rachel represents a diverse array of businesses and individuals in various legal matters, including administrative proceedings, white collar criminal issues, employment litigation, government investigations, and shareholder disputes. Prior to this role, Rachel was a Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where responsibilities included overseeing high-profile commercial and securities litigation, as well as conducting internal investigations. Earlier in their career, Rachel worked as an Associate at Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School, along with a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Vermont.
