Kyle Murray

Kyle Murray has extensive work experience in the field of network engineering and telecommunications. Kyle is currently working as a Solution Architect at Versa Networks since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at EY from May 2018 to April 2022 as a Senior Network Engineer in the Service Design & Engineering department. In this role, they were responsible for researching, designing, engineering, and implementing various network services across the global Ernst & Young environment.

Before joining EY, Kyle worked at Coherent Inc. as a Senior Network Engineer from December 2017 to April 2018. Prior to that, they had multiple roles at EY, starting as a Senior Network Engineer in the Network Engineering department from August 2014 to June 2016, and then as an Assistant Director in the Global Network Services department from June 2016 to November 2017.

Kyle's career began in the United States Department of Defense, where they served as a Network Engineer and Project Manager from October 2011 to July 2014. Kyle also worked at the Supreme Allied Commander Europe Communications Team as a Network Operations Manager from August 2005 to October 2011.

Prior to their military service, Kyle worked at the United States Southern Command as a Telecommunications Operations Supervisor from January 2003 to August 2005. Kyle started their professional career at the United States Signal Corps as a Network Switching Systems Administrator from January 2001 to January 2003. Before that, they worked at Frederick Atkins, Inc. as a Desktop Support Technician from August 1996 to March 2000.

Kyle Murray started their education at Cresskill High School, but the specific years are unknown. After high school, they attended Seton Hall University from 1997 to 1998, where they studied Business Administration and Management.

In 2003, Kyle attended the U.S Army Primary Leadership Course in Hinesville, GA. The following year, in 2004, they enrolled in the Joint Interoperability Test Command School in Sierra Vista, AZ, focusing on Telecommunications Technology/Technician.

Continuing their military education, Kyle attended the U.S. Army Signal School in Augusta, GA in 2005, specializing in Network Switching Systems Operator Maintainer. In 2006, they completed the COMSEC Custodian Course at the U.S. Army Communications Security School.

In 2007, Kyle took MCSE Course Preparation Courses at Central Texas College. More recently, they pursued an Information Science/Studies degree at Penn State University, starting in 2014.

Aside from these formal education experiences, Kyle has also obtained various certifications. In 2016, they acquired the CCIE Routing and Switching Written certificate from Cisco. Kyle also holds certifications such as Versa Certified Administrator - Security Specialist from Versa Networks (expected in January 2023), and CCDA, CCNA - Routing and Switching, CCNP - Routing and Switching from Cisco. Additionally, they have certifications in Network+ from CompTIA, and SD-WAN Administrator - Associate and Security+ from Versa Networks. The specific years and months of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
