Igor Shakhnovich

Igor Shakhnovich is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in tooling design and manufacturing process improvement, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Versa Products Company, Inc. since February 2017. Prior roles include CNC Programmer at Extech Building Materials, Project Engineer at UFP Technologies where custom foam inserts were developed for various industries, and Tooling Engineer positions at Gentex and Thomas & Betts, focusing on tooling creation for carbon fiber and injection molds, respectively. Early in the career, Igor also worked as a Project Manager/Product Engineer at Sabert Corporation, overseeing an $8M product line for food packaging, as well as gaining foundational experience as an Injection Mold Designer and Manufacturing Engineer at L&Z Tool & Engineering and Titan Enterprises. Igor holds a BS in Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering from Kramatorsk Industrial College in Ukraine.
