Massimiliano Tonutti

Massimiliano Tonutti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Massimiliano joined Versace in 2018 and held various positions including Director of Global HR Operations and Senior Manager of Global HR Cost Controlling & HRIS. Massimiliano was also responsible for leading the WORKDAY WW Implementation Project. Prior to their time at Versace, they worked at Sergio Rossi as the Global HR Controller and Comp&Ben, overseeing HR Cost Controlling and Compensation and Benefits. At Coface, they served as the Mediterranean and Africa Region HR Controller. Massimiliano started their career at FINCANTIERI S.p.A. as a Junior HR Admin and Payroll Assistant before moving on to LG Electronics Italy where they held positions as Labor Cost Planner and HRIS Europe Region Expert.

Massimiliano Tonutti attended Istituto Tecnico Commerciale G.R. Carli - High School from an undisclosed start date to 2007, where they obtained a diploma in Accounting and Computer Programming. Massimiliano is currently pursuing a degree in Economics and Business Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, expected to be completed by 2026.
