Richard Chelf

Richard Chelf possesses extensive experience in technical and operational roles within the telecommunications sector. Currently, Richard serves as a Level 5 tech at Excell Group and has held the position of Cell Tower Technician IV at Versacom LP since 2016. Responsibilities include coordinating equipment and manpower logistics, managing day-to-day facility operations, overseeing recertification processes, yard management, inventory and quality control, and maintaining safety standards. Richard also plays a key role in the distribution of communications from upper management and ensures environmental wellbeing within the facility.
