David Conrad

David Conrad is the Owner and Founder of Conrad Pressure Wash & Paint, LLC, established in April 2022, offering commercial and residential services for property maintenance, including pressure washing and parking lot maintenance. Prior experience includes roles as Construction Manager and Project Manager at Prestige Pool and Patio, Account Executive at ICON Ecological Solutions, and Director of Facilities and Plant Operations at The Legacy Senior Communities, where oversight of maintenance and housekeeping operations across multiple facilities was executed. David served in the United States Air Force from 2007 to 2014, holding various positions including HVAC/R Instructor and Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of Facility Maintenance, where significant cost reductions and operational efficiencies were achieved. Education includes an MBA in Business Administration and several associate and bachelor's degrees from Park University and the Community College of the Air Force.
