Joe Williams, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical program management and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Technical Program Manager and Vice President at Versar, Inc., Joe oversees high-profile security systems design and integration programs for the FAA and USDOT. Prior roles include Technical Program Manager and Director of Engineering at Johnson Controls, where Joe managed federal security programs, and Director of Systems Engineering at SimplexGrinnell, leading engineering departments for major projects. Joe's career began with Director of Operations at SecurityLink from Ameritech, where management of a large team across multiple states was key. Joe holds a Master of Science in Technical Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
