Kelly Toney

Kelly Toney is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the real estate and auction industries. Serving as Executive Vice President at Tranzon Asset Advisors since October 2018 and President of Versatile Real Estate Company and Developments since November 2018, Kelly has demonstrated leadership and expertise in real estate operations. Previously, Kelly was the Principal at RE Titans LLC, where responsibilities included real estate investor services and project management. Kelly also held the position of President at Tranzon Auction Resolutions from January 1998 to April 2014, facilitating real estate auctions in South Texas and Louisiana. Early career roles included Auctioneer and Appraisal Manager at Superior Auctioneers and Field Sales at Wilson/Houston Engineers. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.
