Christophe Deferme is an experienced professional in production management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Versele-Laga since January 2021. Prior to this role, Christophe held the position of Production and Quality Manager at Vanderhaegen Potatoes from October 2019 to January 2021. With a solid background at Inex NV from November 2015 to September 2019 as Production Leader, Christophe was responsible for overseeing the production side of TetraPak and implementing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), particularly as a night shift supervisor from July 2017 to September 2019. Christophe holds an Engineer’s Degree in Biochemistry from Ghent University, obtained in 2015.
