Francis D'Hoore

Francis D'Hoore currently serves as CEO at Versele-Laga and as Owner of Elander BV, both roles taken on in November 2023. Prior to these positions, Francis D'Hoore held significant responsibilities at Puratos from July 2018 to November 2023 as Group Channels Director, where oversight extended to Artisan, Distributor, and Chocolatiers channels with sales exceeding €850 million, supported by a dedicated global team. Additionally, during a tenure at Puratos Corporation as Vice President from August 2015 to November 2023, and as Business Unit Director from May 2003 to July 2015, Francis D'Hoore managed the global real chocolate and compound products businesses. Earlier professional experiences include a General Manager role at Debelis Corporation and various product management positions at Henkel.
