Faraaz Mirza

Faraaz Mirza currently serves as the Head of Finance at Versent, a role assumed in July 2024, after previously holding the position of Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at the same company from April 2022 to July 2024. Faraaz's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Norman Disney & Young as Head of Commercial Finance for Australia and Hong Kong, as well as positions at KPMG Australia as an Assistant Manager in CFO Advisory and KPMG in various roles including Audit Supervisor. Faraaz's career began in finance with KPMG in New Zealand as an Audit Supervisor and includes experience in cricket as a player and junior coach at Grafton United Cricket Club. Educationally, Faraaz holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Management from The University of Auckland and has completed Professional Competency Examinations in Accounting from the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
