Ben Fu

Ben Fu has held various roles in the tech industry since 2015. Ben began as a Software Developer Intern at AT&T, followed by Software Engineering Intern and Data Engineering Intern roles at Capital One in 2016 and 2017, respectively. In 2018, Ben joined Capital One as an Associate Software Engineer, and was promoted to Senior Associate Software Engineer and then Principal Associate Software Engineer. In 2021, Ben took on the role of Lead Cloud Engineer at Beyond Identity, and in 2022 they moved to VERSES as a Senior Cloud Engineer. Ben has also held several teaching and advising roles, including Teaching Assistant and Peer Advisor at The University of Texas at Austin.

Ben Fu attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Ben then returned to The University of Texas at Austin from 2017 to 2018, earning a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering.
