Tom O'Connor is the current CEO at Version 1. Tom has over 25 years of experience in the industry, having previously served as Business Director at Digital Channel Partners, Principal Consultant at Prospectus, and Senior Consultant at Accenture.

Tom has led client engagements on digital strategy into organisations like Bank of Ireland, Esselte and the Irish Public Services Broker. Tom has a proven track record in helping companies transform their businesses by leveraging technology.

Under Tom's leadership, Version 1 has become one of the largest and most successful IT services companies in Ireland. The company has been recognised as a Great Place to Work for seven consecutive years, and Tom was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018.

Tom O'Connor has a BComm from University College Dublin and an MBS from Moynalty NS. Tom has worked in commerce and finance.
