Dillana Lim

Dillana Lim is currently the CEO at Versium. Prior to that, they were the Chief Product Officer at Sterling Talent Solutions from January 2016 to April 2018. Dillana was also a founding member and Vice President for Product and Engineering at TalentWise from May 2006 to January 2016. At TalentWise, they were responsible for managing product management, product marketing, UX, development and professional services. Under their leadership, Talentwise became an award winning leader within its industry and was successfully acquired by Sterling Talent Solutions. Prior to that, Dillana held various positions at Infospace and Active Voice (Cisco Systems), including Product Unit Manager and Product Marketing Manager. Dillana has a proven track record of success in product management and marketing, and has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of several companies.

Dillana Lim has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
