Ramiro Molina has worked in the cybersecurity field since 2002. From 2002 to 2009, they worked as a System Administrator at Estudio Andreozzi Abogados, and also provided freelance consulting services for multiple companies in Tuc - Argentina. From 2009 to 2018, they worked at Deloitte Argentina in various roles, including Technical Manager / Penetration Tester, Project Leader / Penetration tester - Cyber Security, and Senior Consultant / Penetration tester. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Security Consultant at Core Security. Currently, they are a Senior Offensive Security Consultant at VerSprite Cybersecurity.

Ramiro Molina has a diverse educational background. Ramiro obtained a Computer Engineer degree from the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán in 2002-2009, a Technical Mechanical Electrician degree from the Instituto Técnico - Universidad Nacional de Tucumán in 1996-2001, and has acted as a Speaker for the Third and Second Cycles of Computer Engineering Capacitation at the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán in 2012 and 2010, respectively. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) from Offensive Security in November 2017, the CISSP from (ISC)2 in January 2015, the Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH) from EC-Council in July 2011, and Network+ and Security+ from CompTIA.
