Griffin Elrod

Griffin Elrod, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Vertafore since January 2023 and is a co-owner of Quantum Snow. Responsibilities also include being an associate member of Revenue Collective and a mentor at VentureSCALE. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Sales Development at LeanData and Manager of Business Development at Twilio Inc., where Griffin managed the SendGrid inbound SDR team during its integration into Twilio's product suite. Griffin was instrumental in establishing the outbound sales function at Gusto and built the first Enterprise BDR team at ShipBob, while significantly enhancing sales operations and diversity hiring practices at DialogTech. With an MBA in International Business from the University of Oklahoma, Griffin combines extensive sales development expertise with strategic leadership throughout a diverse career in business development.
