Tim Hefty

Tim Hefty is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Vertafore since December 2024, Tim has previously held the position of Head of Legal at Parascript from October 2019 to November 2024. Tim founded and practiced at Hefty Law from February 2014 to October 2019, and has also worked as General Counsel for multiple companies, including Eltron Research & Development, Eltron Water Systems, and Continental Technologies, all from February 2008 to February 2014. Prior experience includes working as an attorney at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP and Lathrop GPM LLP. Tim holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
