Yong How Lim

Yong How Lim has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years. Yong How started their career in 1996 as a System/ Network Engineer at MCSB Systems (S) Pte Ltd, and in 1998, they worked as a Technology Consultant at Computer Associates (S) Pte Ltd. In 2002, they became a Senior Software Engineer at A. S. Louken Group Pte Ltd, and later took on the role of Senior System Analyst at CrimsonLogic Pte Ltd in 2005. Yong How then worked as a Project Manager at A.S. Louken Group Pte Ltd before joining Green Dot Internet Services Pte Ltd as a Senior System Engineer in 2006. Moving forward, in 2006, they became a Java Architect/ Lead Developer at XCEL Solutions Corp and a Senior Java Developer at Pillar Technology in 2007. In 2010, they joined Delta Dental of Michigan as a Lead Software Designer/Implementer, leading a team of software developers and working on JEE technologies. Currently, they are the Senior Software Developer Team Lead at Vertafore, a position they have held since 2016.

Yong How Lim completed a Diploma in Artificial Intelligence at The University of Edinburgh from 2000 to 2001. They also obtained a B. Sc in Computer Science from the University of Wales. Yong How Lim's education history includes attending Bendemeer Primary School. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Learning Docker from LinkedIn in 2022.
