Aaron Richardson

Aaron Richardson is a Principal Scientist at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since July 2020, focusing on cell and genetic therapies and vector construction. Previously, from July 2014 to July 2020, Aaron served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where the development of a novel, high-throughput platform was key to dissecting the genetics of multi-subunit complexes. Aaron's earlier roles included Research Technician positions at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, The Institute of Cancer Research, and Harvard Medical School, contributing to significant research on gene-copy number differences in cancer, gene expression profiles, and high-throughput cloning. Aaron holds a Ph.D. in Genetics from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University.
