Wendy Tian

Wendy Tian is a seasoned regulatory professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Regulatory Disease Strategy Lead at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since July 2021, Wendy delivers advanced regulatory solutions and strategic guidance for complex drug development objectives. Previously, as Global Regulatory Lead at Biogen from September 2018 to July 2021, Wendy managed regulatory plans for multiple Phase 2/3 programs. Wendy also held leadership roles at H. Lundbeck A/S as the Senior Director for Psychiatry, directing regulatory plans for CNS drug development, and at Hospira, where Wendy progressed from Sr. Group Leader to Associate Director of Global Regulatory Affairs, overseeing global strategy and compliance for drug registration. Earlier positions include R&D Group Leader at Abbott and Research Associate at Baxter International Inc. Wendy holds a Master of Science degree from Northern Illinois University and has pursued continuing education in Business Management at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management from 2015 to 2018.
