Zainab Shahpurwala

Zainab Shahpurwala is an experienced marketing professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Director of Global Marketing for TRIKAFTA/KAFTRIO at Vertex Pharmaceuticals since September 2019, after progressing from Associate Director roles. Previously, Zainab held positions at TRINITY as a Senior Consultant and Consultant from August 2015 to August 2019, and at the University of Mississippi as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant from August 2009 to August 2015. Zainab's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University Institute of Chemical Technology in Mumbai, India. Zainab has completed several summer internships in global health economics and drug development, enhancing expertise in pharmaceutical marketing and management.
