Carmen Yuen is a seasoned investment professional with a strong focus on nurturing high-growth potential companies. Currently serving as General Partner at Vertex Ventures SE Asia & India since January 2014, Carmen Yuen actively collaborates with founding teams to provide equity and support for achieving growth objectives. Previously, Carmen Yuen was the General Manager at SPRING Singapore from January 2008 to December 2013, where responsibilities included providing seed capital to innovative start-ups and mentoring entrepreneurs. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Investment Manager at EDB Investments from July 2000 to July 2007, where Carmen Yuen led investments in prominent companies such as Learning Vision and ETLA. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from Simon Fraser University.
