Michael Romaniw

Michael Romaniw currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Vertical Bridge since January 2017. Prior to this, Michael held the same role at Sterling Organization from January 2014 to December 2016. With a background in finance, accounting, and tax, Michael has accumulated extensive experience in various companies such as Parmenter Realty Partners, The AES Corporation, and Ernst & Young. Michael holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Canisius University, an MBA in Accounting from Canisius University, and a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University.
