Jordan Chia has work experience as an Assistant Manager at two companies, Vertical Oceans and Akualogix. The start date for both roles was in November 2020, and the end date is unknown.

Jordan Chia attended James Cook University Singapore from 2018 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in business and environmental science with a specialization in Aquaculture. In addition to their academic endeavors, Jordan also obtained various certifications. In April 2018, they became an Advanced Open Water Diver through SSI Scuba Schools International. In September 2020, they completed a certification course on following food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures at Eduquest International Institute Pte. Ltd. Furthermore, in December 2021, Jordan obtained the Certified Welding Fabricator (CWF) qualification from AGRU Singapore.
