Olivia Parnell

Olivia Parnell is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Procurement Manager for Enterprise at Vertice since December 2023. Previously, Olivia held multiple roles at Collectiv Food from August 2020 to October 2023, including Senior Buying Manager and Buying Manager, as well as a Producer Intern position. Prior experience includes working as a Chalet Host at VIP SKI and as an Events Intern at The Supper Club. Olivia was also involved with Enactus Nottingham as a Team Member and part of the Presentation Team, and co-founded People of the Streets, where Olivia served as Co-Founder and Operations Manager. Olivia holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham and is a graduate of Tring School.
